PhoCheck 1000 is a low price entry level photoionisation detector ideal for use in non flammable environments for in door air quality monitoring or soil contamination assessment with a detection range of 0.1 – 4, 000 ppm.

The detection of VOC ( Volatile Organic compound) gases are made easy via the clear large numeric characters, with ' Peak hold' , ' Battery status' and ' History' status symbols also indicated on the measurement screen. The selectable back-light also aids viewing in restricted light conditions

A simple role over menu structure offers quick access to the various selectable features. An audible and visual output also gives a clear indication of detection levels in relation the alarm set.

In spite of the simplicity there is no compromise in sensing capability. The detector incorporates the Ion Science patent pending “ Fence Electrode� , for zero stability and contaminant control.
